Week 7

We had a fantastic start to the week with a trip to the Eco Depot in Bromley! Thank you so much to all of the parents who were able to help us out with transport, it was greatly appreciated. 
We all learnt a lot of new information about rubbish, composting and worm farms! 






Huge thanks to Chris and Celia from Christchurch City Council for your expert knowledge! 
What did you learn?

Ilam School Orchestra and Choir gave us a short performance on Friday before their big show next week! They were awesome! Good Luck!



Winter sports: Friday's have been putting in fantastic weather for our winter sports, long may it last! 

Keep an eye out for our presentations about Matariki!

    It looks as though you discovered lots at the Eco Depot Room 19. What a great trip to go on and I'm sure you can't wait to put some of your new learning into practice at school. Your Senior team Inquiry has been amazing this term. Keep up the great work.

    What a great trip to Bromley Room 19. I can tell there was some great learning going on from your work back at Ilam. Great to see our School Choir and Orchestra featured. They performed so well at the North West Music Festival this week.
