I loved helping prepare the food, it was so much fun. I don't really know how i felt about the Maori fear factor though. the food was different and pretty good☺
I am sure you found it lots of work and an excellent learning experience in what it takes preparing the food for a Hangi. We enjoyed our meals Poppy - really nice stuffing :)
