WEEK 5



Another busy week in Room 19 this week. 

Our Emotion Poems: These will be published this week once we have completed them.

Maths: Stem and Leaf Graphs, How do we use these? How do we take our pulse and what does this have to do with Maths?

Christchurch Boys High School: Students from Boys High visited us last Wednesday to coach us in Basketball, Football and Touch. They will be visiting us again this week. What did you learn from the coach who was taking you for skills?






Miss Williamson: On Thursday we met our new student teacher from University of Canterbury who will be working with us from Monday 13th March

Science in a Van: What a fantastic display we saw on Thursday with a couple from Science in a Van. What can you remember about what they demonstrated? The photo and video below might help you to remember.















SENIOR SWIMMING SPORTS

Huge congratulations to all of the Room 19 students who went out there and challenged themselves at our swimming sports. You all did a fantastic job with sportsmanship, perseverance and behaviour.

    I loved doing swimming in jelly park it was amazing but I wish that have tried even more harder.

    The swimming sports was really fun so was science in a van and the boys high students were really good coaches.

    The C.B.H.S coaching was so fun, they taught me how to play hockey and they did it very well!
