Once again we have to say goodbye to a bunch of awesome Year 6 students. A leavers dinner was held on Thursday night.
On Friday Room 4 had their end of year trip to McLeans Island. Thank you so much to the awesome parents who helped out with transport, cooking sausages and biking/supervising students on the trip.

Ethan asked Mr Dolan if it would be a[appropriate for room 4 to hold a thanksgiving lunch for the class. We got the go-ahead and with the fantastic organisation of Sarah Campbell and awesome support from parents we held this event on 26th November. What a lot of learning happened, preparing vegetables, following recipes, eating food never tried before.
Students prepared the food within groups, then went to swimming lessons at Wharenui. Once back they had the main course then shared what they were each grateful for, followed by the desert.

Senior School had a great afternoon with Top Team. This event was scheduled for the first term but as we know 2020 has not gone to plan. We were fortunate enough to be able to go ahead with this on 17 November. Lots of great fun was had by everyone. The teams all showed their fantastic collaboration skills.
We were so lucky to go to Mega Air last term. Well done to all of you for the great ideas for the T-Shirts.
