The week that was Week 7

Another week has flown by with lots of wonderful things happening in Room 19 and Senior School.

Huge thanks to the parents who helped their child with the speech writing. We had 100 % of students present their speech during the last couple of weeks.

These 4 student were our top speech writers and presenters. It was very close and hard to pick only two Year 5 and two Year 6 students.

These are the Room 19 students who went on to represent us.

HOME LEARNING:
Alex made us some Dumplings and they were delicious

CONGRATULATIONS TO THESE 4 students who play in the Thunder basketball team. They were selected to play in a Wharenui Gators Rep team.

CHECK OUT THE PEACE FLAGS that are on display throughout the whole school. These were made by the children last term. They add a bit of colour to the school buildings.

  1. The speeches were amazing, I loved them so much, and congratulations to the speech of the 4 finalists in our class. Also to the people who got selected to play in the Wharenui Gators Rep team, although my favourite was the peace flags, they were fabulous.
