Matariki

What a fantastic evening it was tonight to celebrate Matariki at Ilam School. Congratulations to the Kapa Haka group who sounded brilliant. What a lot of work has gone into your performance this year. 

We also celebrated Matariki today in Room 19 by making Pumpkin Soup and Bread. Everyone contributed in some way.

 Many thanks to Annabel and Graham for coming along and helping out.

    Matariki was really fabulous, specially the bread and soup they were delicious. I tried the recipe at home but failure as usual.[ vanshika ]
