ASK ME ABOUT

What a fun packed week we had during week 2.

Kete: We completed the kete presentations. We have learnt lots of new things aobut our class members.

Swimming: A huge thanks to our parent helpers for the senior school Swimming sports.
I really appreciate it. Without this support we would not be able to complete our events effectively.

Mihi Whakatau: What an awesome turnout we had for this presentation on Wednesday. A great effort by Mr Oakley in organising.

Kids Ed Chat: We have a class twitter account and on Wednesday we will be tweeting with other classes around New Zealand.

Start of Year Learning Conferences: Thank you to all parents for the awesome turnout and discussion about the children. The goals will be typed up and given to the children so that they can start working on them.

Duathlon/Triathlon: A fantastic effort by all of Room 19 for the effort in either the duathlon or the triathlon. We had a super turnout of supporters and once again I would like to thank our parents who helped with running the event.

Working in Teams:  We had to come up with ideas about uses for a paper clip. Can you remember some of them?

Being Kind Value: What does it look like, feel like and sound like?

Senior Time: We had our first senior Time on Thursday afternoon.

A class newsletter will come out this week. Organisation of the school camp is happening as this is less than 2 weeks away.

PTA FUN NIGHT: There were lots of Room 19 students here on Friday night. I snapped acouple of children riding the small bike.

  1. You look super cute on Adam Allsort's bike Luca! I wonder how well it would go around McLeans Island?!
