GOOD BYE

 We were all very sad to say goodbye to two people on the last day, firstly Miss Meyer who has been working with us for the last 5 weeks, thank you for everything you have done with us.

KARETU: We have had such a fabulaopus time getting to know Karetu. We wish him all the very best in Nelson. 

FORCE AND MOTION

During the last 5 - 6 weeks of term, we were learning about the different forces and motions. We learnt about push, pull, levers, gears, friction, motion, gravity, forces during our reading sessions and general research in small groups. In the last 10 days we worked in small groups to come up with a marble run. 

CROSS COUNTRY

 What an awesome day we had for the Ilam School Cross Country. So many people, actually all of Room 4  improved with their running during the term, so that we were able to make a positive change in our placings. It is not about winning, it is about getting out there and doing it. CONGRATULATIONS to all of the  Room 4 students.

MANY THANKS to Dean and Hiroko, 2 of Room 4's parents who were on the finish line helping out. Much appreciated!
